ISO Certification

In order to continuously enhance service quality, the IACM achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification for its "Complaint Management System" in 2004.  Under international standards for qualification, the IACM handles residents' complaints under a strict quality management system.  With annual assessment conducted by certification companies, service quality is monitored and evaluated.  Meanwhile, the IACM continues to update and optimize its management system and administrative procedures in order to ensure service quality.​
