Documents to be submitted1.Application form 006/DVP/SSVMU (which can be obtained from Integrated Services Centre, Public Services Centres and Department of Sewerage and Urban Roads or downloaded from IACM’s website) should be submitted. For applicants who are a legal person, the signature must be certified by the Public Notary Office or a private notary. For applicants who are a natural person, the signature must be certified by the Public Notary Office or a private notary, or by presenting the Macao resident identity card during the application process;
2.Project location plan (in quadruplicate);
3.Drawings of infrastructure installations and project design (in quadruplicate);
4.Two photographs (containing the dates) of the construction site and its nearby infrastructures.
Note: Some applications may require a “declaration” explaining the reasons of application.
Documents to be presentedThe original identity document must be presented.
Note: It is not necessary to present the original identity document if the relevant notarized document is submitted.
Important notesIf application requires consultations with other departments, processing time will increase accordingly.

Renewal

For applicants who are a legal person, the signature must be certified by the Public Notary Office or a private notary. For applicants who are a natural person, the signature must be certified by the Public Notary Office or a private notary, or by presenting the Macao resident identity card during the application process;
2.Project location plan (in quadruplicate);
3.Drawings of infrastructure installations and project design (in quadruplicate);
4. A photocopy of the latest project permit for trench works issued by the IACM;
5. Two photographs (containing the dates) of the latest appearance of the construction site and its nearby infrastructures.
Note: Some applications may require a “declaration” explaining the reasons of application.

Important notesIf application requires consultations with other departments, processing time will increase accordingly.
Target groupThose who intend to extend the construction period. (Renewal application should be submitted prior to the expiry of construction period.)
Application feeRenewal period of 3 days or less is one extended period. Fee for each extended period equals to 50% of the initial license fee.
