Important notes1. Children: Stillbirths and children up to 7 years old;
2. IACM could allow them to postpone the exhumation for a maximum period of one year provided that they file their respective application with stated reasons;
3. Fill in the "Application Form for Extension of the Right of Use of Tomb for One Year". The application form can be downloaded from the "E-Forms Service" of IACM's website (http://www.iacm.gov.mo)
4. That date of commencement of the one-year extension period for burial is dated from the expiry date of the right of use of the tomb rather than the application date.
